Roof-A-Slide founder Tim has over 20 years of commercial roofing experience and knows the frustrations faced by commercial roofers well. He is passionate about creating products that make commercial roofing faster, safer, and more productive.
Tim has always led a small crew, working on large industrial and commercial projects of up to 100,000 m². His passion for innovation drives efficiency levels rarely seen in individual crews.
The Roof-A-Slide was born out of Tim’s frustration with the slow, awkward and risky work of moving heavy materials across rooftops, sometimes having to walk up to 200m.
The tool quickly proved to be a game-changer for his business, and in early 2025, Tim took a step back from large commercial roofing projects to launch Roof-A-Slide and share his innovative solutions with the wider industry.
